Anne and Peter from Sophisticated Alterations had both a tight budget and deadline to get their new business up and running. With help from the architecture.collective, they were up and running in almost no time.

All major projects require planning and building approvals prior to construction. The Collective liaised with Centro Galleria's Centre Management to expedite the approvals process. They even helped to prevent a misunderstanding of the Health Requirements by the City of Belmont that could have delayed the project by several weeks.
