Understanding the needs of the client

Anne and Peter from Sophisticated Alterations had both a tight budget and deadline to get their new business up and running. With help from the architecture.collective, they were up and running in almost no time.

“Patrick Hubble from the architecture.collective quickly and comprehensively understood the unique requirements of our business. We’re extremely pleased with the design outcome,” says Peter Kotai, Accounts Manager for Sophisticated Alterations.

Full steam ahead

All major projects require planning and building approvals prior to construction. The Collective liaised with Centro Galleria's Centre Management to expedite the approvals process. They even helped to prevent a misunderstanding of the Health Requirements by the City of Belmont that could have delayed the project by several weeks.

It's always great to hear when clients are doing well. Anne and Peter's business is flourishing, with a stream of regular clients. They are even considering opening another outlet in the near future.

All in the details

The architecture.collective prepared detailed design and construction drawings that allowed accurate pricing by the main contractor, TLC Projects. Every part of the design was carefully considered, from the selection of colours and finishes, even the mirror frames!

They also assisted with the design of graphics and signage to ensure a consistent look and feel to the shop fit-out.
